Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is open to all persons ("The Referrer") who refer a new client ("The Referee") to Ascend Homes. You can even refer yourself. Employees of Ascend Homes are also eligible.
2. Qualifying Criteria: To qualify, the Referee must sign a building contract with Ascend Homes and pay the required deposit. The referral must be a new contact not previously in our database.
3. The Reward: The Referrer will receive a reward equivalent to 1% of the contract price (excluding GST), up to a maximum value of $5,000.
4. Payment Terms: The reward is payable only after the building contract is unconditional and the initial deposit has been received in full.
5. Multiple Referrers: In the event of multiple referrers for the same client, the reward goes to the first person who logged the referral. Logged means filling out the referal form, accessed from this webpage. The form logged time and date will be used to determine the first referrer.
6. Dispute Resolution: Ascend Homes' decision is final and binding in all matters related to this program. In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Avaliability of reward: Promotion commences on 22nd December 2025 and closes at 4.30pm, 1st March 2026. If the Reward (or any part of the Reward) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoters (Ascend Homes), in their sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute the Reward (or part thereof) with a Reward of equal value and/or specification.
8. Transfer: Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If you receive vouchers as a prize, they may have an expiry date and failure to redeem these vouchers before the expiry date will make the voucher prize null and void.
