Considering these factors, we will showcase our latest designs, available homes, and their current construction stage. Their current stage of construction will indicate the level of tailoring we can incorporate into your house’s goal. At the end of the initial consultation, we will provide you with a Free Initial Cost Estimate.
In this meeting, our main focus is you and your goals, as we strive to establish a strong foundation for our working relationship. Our aim is to gain a clear understanding of your aspirations, allowing us to align them with the perfect design from our extensive range of options.

We'll be with you every step of the way, guiding you through the planning, design and approval process. Our team will work closely with architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless process in order to fully realise the design of your house.
During this process we'll assist in lodging development applications and permits. This phase concludes with a comprehensive detailed design and budget, ensuring transparency and clarity in the project.

You'll receive all the essential information, warranties, and certificates before you move into your new house. And don't worry, three months after the handover, we'll check in with you to make sure you're absolutely delighted with your new home!
